Operating Steps:
1. Preparation:
Make sure the device is properly connected and charged, and prepare relevant instruments and tools as needed.
2. Patient preparation:
Put the patient in a suitable position, usually supine or sitting. Local anesthetics or sedatives can be used to relieve the patient's discomfort.
3. Insert laryngoscope:
Gently insert the probe of the video laryngoscope into the patient's larynx and observe the structure and condition of the larynx through the screen.
4. Observation and diagnosis:
Carefully observe the morphology of the larynx, the activity of the vocal cords, and whether there are any abnormalities on the screen. The doctor can make a diagnosis and evaluation based on the observed situation.
5. Treatment operation:
If treatment is required, such as vocal cord polypectomy, laryngeal foreign body removal, etc., the corresponding operation can be performed through the instrument of the video laryngoscope.
6. Recording and reporting:
As needed, the observed images and data can be recorded for subsequent diagnosis and treatment reference, and the doctor will also fill in the relevant medical report according to the situation.
